Beginning of a personal CrossFit journey

 

I’ve finally done it: I’ve started CrossFit.

Today was the date of my first fundamentals class. Monday morning, 0700am, a humiliating hour of pain. And I loved it!

 

Make no mistake, I am not kidding or exaggerating when I say I’m a weakling.

As a starting point, I could not do a single proper push up. Sit ups went slightly better, but by 15 reps, I began to struggle. Plain 15 kg bar without weights was enough to have me grunting.

All it all, it was a very humbling experience.

But look at the bright side: it shouldn’t be too difficult to improve from where I am now!
