Recipe for paleo guacamole

Full of good oils, vitamins and overall goodness, avocado is the food of gods! What better than to drench whatever you happened to cook in a mountain of yummy homemade guacamole?

 

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 firm tomato
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to season

Instructions:

Mash avocados in a bowl.

Cut shallot, garlic and tomato very fine and add to the bowl.

Squeeze lemon juice into the mix. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

 

Tip: For creamy guacamole, add a little bit of coconut cream.
