Another WOD survived

 

The man finally joined my CrossFit gym and began his induction sessions this morning!

 

Today’s WOD was a killer, but so much fun at the same time!

The man began his induction sessions today, which seemed to go really well. He appeared very excited about continuing, which is fantastic!

Also, I can’t wait for Wednesday morning when he’ll be too sore to get out of bed… and I can tease out girly squeals by poking certain strategic muscles. Minutes and minutes of entertainment, I tell you!

Note to self: rope climbing is more likely to result in uncontrollable bursts of embarrassment and giggles. Also rope burns on shins. Which somehow seem to conjure up mental images far more exciting than the truth behind them…

WOD

40-30-20-10 reps, for time of

  • Wall balls (4kg)
  • Kettle bell swings (10kg)
  • Sit ups
