While I’m not really big on the idea of New Year’s Resolutions, I like the idea of setting goals for the year. Nothing major, but little tangible goals that I aim to tick off within the next 12 months.
Here’s my list so far:
- FINALLY perform a proper chin-up without assistance
- Run my 5k lap in 25 minutes or less
- Cut down the usage of protein supplements and aim to get my protein from real food instead (step one to the right direction: Savoury protein muffin recipe)
- Correct my plate balance to a more vegetable heavy direction to gain more vitamins and antioxidants
