Bucket List 2012

While I’m not really big on the idea of New Year’s Resolutions, I like the idea of setting goals for the year. Nothing major, but little tangible goals that I aim to tick off within the next 12 months.

Here’s my list so far:

  • FINALLY perform a proper chin-up without assistance
  • Run my 5k lap in 25 minutes or less
  • Cut down the usage of protein supplements and aim to get my protein from real food instead (step one to the right direction: Savoury protein muffin recipe)
  • Correct my plate balance to a more vegetable heavy direction to gain more vitamins and antioxidants


…what’s on your list?



  1. I’m on the same boat with getting more “Real” protein in my diet. Other goals that I have my eye on so far are being able to crank out a handstand, get better at double unders AND be more adventurous in the kitchen! (planning to make liver pate this week :))

    • Sounds like a very good plan ahead for the year – let me know how you go with the liver pate!
