Homemade curry from self-caught kingfish

A massive rib eye fillet on a bone, covered in mushroom sauce and accompanied by steamed broccoli (and invisible roast pumpkin). Unbelievably yummy as far as dinners go!
Make your own burger patties and serve them in a bowl on salad bed and top with all your burger favourites: onion, avocado, bacon, fried egg and top it all off with a yummy fried mushroom cap!
Replacing pasta with grated eggplant. Doesn’t look very nice, but the taste was good.
Instead of serving this on rice, we steamed zuccini & bok choi. Delicious & healthy!
