No, I haven’t posted a recipe for this. It was very much a result of experimentation and far from perfected!
For the chocolate: melt coconut oil and coconut butter over a water bed (start with a small amount of both - maybe a tsp or two of both) and start mixing in raw cocoa until you get the desired consistency. Mix in vanilla extract and honey to flavour.
For the filling: Mix together mashed cherries, shredded coconut, coconut cream (the thicker the better - I used the solid thick cream that gathers on the top of the can without mixing the content) and flavour with vanilla( and maple syrup if needed).
When the chocolate paste cooled down it went very sticky and thick so I was able to shape it into thin cookie-like discs and shape them around the coconut filling. Then I just rolled the ball in shredded coconut.
Hope this helps, but please keep in mind that there is plenty of room for experimentation and improving the recipe, as it’s far from a mastered thing
Is there a recipe for these somewhere that Im not seeing?? I would love to try to make them
