Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

 

Impress dinner guests with this ultimate paleo treat.

Serve as a side to a rare chunk of grass-fed beef or by themselves as an appetiser.

 

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 12 Asparagus
  • 12 slices prosciutto (thinner the better)

Instructions:

Steam asparagus for a few minutes until they soften a little.

Wrap asparagus stems in prosciutto.

Grill in the oven for about 5 minutes until prosciutto crisps up nicely.
