This delicious sweet dessert of banana cooked in coconut milk is a wonderful way to satiate a bothering sweet tooth, especially on a cold winter night.
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1.5 cup coconut milk
- organic honey
Pour coconut milk into a pot and heat until near boiling.
Peel and slice bananas and transfer into the hot coconut milk.
Sweeten to taste with honey.
Boil for 10 minutes and serve while still hot.
