Caution: This stuff is HOT. And addictive. Especially good when served with shallow fried sea food on an asian salad bed.
Ingredients:
Note: The strength and quality of ingredients have a major impact on the outcome! Remember to taste often, and keep adding a drop of this and a dash of that until the taste is to your liking.
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 clove garlic, sliced fine
- 1.5 tsp ginger, sliced fine
- fresh chilli to taste, sliced thin (we threw in 3 very hot Thai 60mm chillies and will garnish with more!)
- 0.5 tsp coriander root
- cracked pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add chillies, garlic, ginger and coriander root in a small bowl and give it a bit of a bash to allow for better infusion of flavour. Add in all other ingredients and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Dip & enjoy!
