Webber Roast Lamb with Roast Veggies, Broccoli and Gravy

Nothing’s better than a good lamb roast when you get the taste of coal roasting infused all through the meat!

We served the meat with roast pumpkin, carrots and onions, steamed broccoli and delicious dark gravy. Unbelievably tasty!

    Hi Tanya, Can you please tell me how you make your gravy as this is one of the things I miss the most :)

    • Usually we just transfer the meat off the roasting dish, throw in a few roast veggies, some water and cook the drippings into a lovely gravy that we thicken using arrowroot flour. Quick, easy & delicious!
